One of the defining characteristics of Xtend is that our structure mirrors that of credit unions: the people who lead the CUSO are the same people who own it and participate in it as partners. Our Board of Directors consists of nine dedicated credit union leaders that provide focused leadership, as each member has a vested interest in the success of Xtend clients.
Our multi-owned CUSO model allows us to create equity through ownership and maintain a high level of cooperation and trust that you rarely find in a typical vendor model. Directors are challenged to wear many hats in order to focus on collaboration, execution, and member-centric principles. This format taps the many talents and leadership skills of our directors and adds value for every Xtend client.
