Every credit union is different and there is no set formula on when and how to communicate with your members. Xtend offers several pre and post communication channels, including but not limited to:

  • Conversion Flyers/FAQ sheets
  • Conversion Packets
  • Outbound phone calls*

* For all outgoing pre-conversion communications, the credit union will be responsible for securely providing member information to Xtend. If the credit union prefers to not provide member information, Xtend will create content for the credit union to send out independently.

$3.50 / outbound call

Print & postage – quote provided

Graphic Design – $100 / hour
