As 2024 comes to a close, I want to take a moment to reflect on what an incredible year it has been and share some exciting updates as we look ahead to 2025.
Welcoming TruChoice Credit Union as a New Owner We are thrilled to announce that TruChoice Credit Union has joined us as our newest owner. Their commitment to innovation and collaboration aligns perfectly with our mission, and we are proud to partner with such a forward-thinking credit union. This addition strengthens our shared vision of enhancing services and driving meaningful impact in the industry.
Welcoming Six New Clients We are equally excited to welcome six new clients to a variety of services, one such being Kauai Credit Union and River Valley Credit Union (Ohio) to our New Member Onboarding Product. Supporting their journey to create seamless, member-first experiences has been a highlight this year. It’s inspiring to see credit unions like Kauai and River Valley embracing tools that foster stronger relationships and engagement right from the start.
In addition, we are proud to highlight the following partnerships:
- Arise Community Credit Union, a startup credit union in Minnesota, is taking advantage of our scholarship offering for bookkeeping, contact center, and marketing services.
- Transportation Federal Credit Union has joined our outbound contact center services, expanding our outreach capabilities.
- Tuscaloosa VA Federal Credit Union has partnered with us for bookkeeping services, supporting their operational excellence.
- River Valley Credit Union (Ohio) has engaged with our Member Reach, Journey, Social Media, and campaign services to deepen member engagement.
- Mission City Federal Credit Union has added our eStatement offering, enhancing their digital member experience.
Reflecting on 2024 This year has been nothing short of extraordinary. Together with our partners, we expanded our services, improved operational efficiencies, and deepened our relationships. Some key milestones include:
- Welcoming several new credit unions to our product suite.
- Enhancing our collaboration and shared services offerings to meet evolving needs.
- Strengthening partnerships that empower credit unions to do more for their members.
